HR Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent and proactive HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations and support the organization in achieving its people and business objectives. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, and performance management and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

Male candidate for gender balance
A minimum of 3 years of HR experience
Must hold a recognised HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must reside within or around the Ajah–Epe axis
Experience in an educational setting is an added advantage

Greensprings School’s history dates back to January 1985 when it started off as a Montessori school offering nursery education to children aged 2-5 years. Founded in 1985, since then, the school has grown remarkably and is today a leading institution offering a first-class education from the foundation stage to post-secondary levels.
